1. Data Collected

Application Form

The information requested in the application form includes:

First and last name
Age
Email
Phone number
LinkedIn profile
Place of residence
Professional status
Main education and professional and entrepreneurial experiences
Details of the submitted project
Pitch deck, specifications, prototype or any document transmitted by the candidate

The information requested for newsletter subscription includes:

Email address

2. Purpose of Processing

The collected data is used exclusively for:

Application Form:

Evaluate the application
Select founders and projects
Ensure administrative and organizational follow-up of the program

Newsletter:

Send news, events and communications related to IdeaCrafters activities

3. Retention Period

Non-selected candidates: Data is kept for a maximum of 3 months after the closing of the call for applications
Selected candidates: Data is kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship with IdeaCrafters and up to 5 years maximum after its suspension or end, unless deletion is requested by the interested party
Newsletter: Data is kept until voluntary unsubscription by the user

4. Data Sharing

The information collected is only communicated to IdeaCrafters' internal teams and, if necessary, to partners directly involved in the program.

No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Rights

In accordance with Law No. 18-07 of June 10, 2018 relating to the protection of personal data and its implementing decree of July 27, 2022, any person has the following rights:
